This registration includes those who are:
- Early career: under five years in practice
- Student: currently enrolled in graduate school or residency
- Poster: presenting at the poster session

Sponsors/exhibitors receive 2 complimentary registrants. Please check with your company’s point of contact to confirm. Additional company representatives will need to register as Industry.

Poster Session
The Scientific Committee invites clinicians, academics, scientists, NGOs and others to submit abstracts related to the field of neurology.
The poster session will occur in the evening on Monday, January 18. Author(s) must register to attend the meeting to stand with their poster.
Deadline to submit abstracts: Friday, November 13, 2026 before 11:59 PM PT
Notification of acceptance: Tuesday, December 1, 2026
Evening Dinner Events
Guests are welcome to join attendees at the evening dinner on Sunday, January 17 and Monday, January 18. Registered attendees of the meeting do not need to purchase tickets for themselves. Please purchase tickets for and provide the names of all guests during the registration process.
- Adult tickets: $75
- Child tickets: $25
Early Career Scholarship
The Early Career Scholarship Program supports the education and professional development of fellows, residents and attending neurologists within five years of completing training.
Deadline to apply: Friday, October 23, 2026, before 11:59 PM PT
Notification of award: Friday, November 6, 2026
Scholarship details:
- Free meeting registration (entry to scientific lectures, exhibit hall and social programming)
- All meals associated with meeting programming
- Up to four nights of hotel accommodations at the Royal Sonesta San Juan
- Up to $500 in reimbursement for travel expenses.
Recipients are expected to:
- Attend and fully participate in all meeting programming
- Engage with their assigned CNSA mentor
Medical Student Scholarship
The Medical Student Scholarship intends to inspire medical students to select neurology as their specialty for residency training. Scholarship recipients will attend the meeting and be paired with a nationally recognized CNSA member to facilitate their participation in educational programming and serve as an ongoing mentor through the National Resident Matching Program.

Notification of award: Friday, November 6, 2026
