CLASSIFICATIONS & DUES

General Membership Dues: $200

For physicians who have been in practice for at least five years. Benefits of General Membership:

Associate Membership Dues: $100

For physicians in training – 5 years or less of practice; allied professionals including nurses, nurse practitioners and advanced practice providers; and retired members. Benefits of Associate Membership:
